Julee serves as the Practice Operations Coordinator at McClymonds Psychological Services, LLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the practice running smoothly for clients and clinicians alike. She manages scheduling, intake coordination, billing, insurance credentialing, and client communication, and plays a central role in onboarding new clinical staff and implementing the systems that support our team's work.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and administrative roles, Julee brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, compassionate approach to everything she does. She is a Certified Administrative Professional with extensive experience supporting mental health practices. And she completed a Business Acumen Certificate and was named a Dog Tag Fellow through Loyola University Chicago, reflecting her commitment to professional development and operational leadership. Julee is bilingual in English and Spanish and is dedicated to making sure every client feels informed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with our practice.
